	The DGS-3324SRi operates as a high performance external switching fabric for the DES-3352SR and DGS-3324SR series stacking products. The 'Star' architecture of the DGS-3324SRi offers many of the same advantages as traditional chassis based solutions such as dedicated bandwidth removable flash memory system optional redundant power and hot-swappability. Along with its high availability architecture the DGS-3324SRi supports ASIC Based Layer 3 routing (RIPv1/v2 OSPF and DVMRP) multi-layer traffic classification and L2/L3/L4 Access Control Lists. The DGS-3324SRi is a managed Layer 3 (24) port managed 10/100/1000Mbps with (8) combo SFP modules. The DGS-3324SRi has a switching capacity of up to 168Gbps and supports 6 integrated rear 10Gigabit-stacking ports. The DGS-3324SRi can be easily added to an existing stack of DGS-3324SRs and/or DES-3352SRs to improve stacking performance and reduce network latency compared to traditional 'ring stacking' architectures.
